Executive Team

Oversees league operations, represents SMLL in District 33, and leads the board.

Assists the President and helps coordinate overall league operations.

Keeps minutes and official board records.

Handles finances and budgets.

Player & Coach Support Committee

This committee supports registration, division placement, coach support, player development, and the overall player/family experience.

Registration – Laine Romagnola
Manages player registration and assists families through the process.

Coach Coordinator, Upper Division – Joseph Marsh
Leads coach support for Majors and above.

Leads coach support for Tee Ball through Caps.

Player Agents – Michelle Ivers, Jess Parker, additional support needed
Lead player eligibility, division placement, draft processes, and player-related concerns.

Player Development Coordinator – OPEN
Helps organize clinics, development opportunities, and resources for players and coaches.


Operations, Safety & Facilities Committee

This committee supports game operations, safety, umpires, equipment, fields, keys, and tournament logistics.

Umpire in Chief – OPEN
Schedules and supports umpires for games and helps with rules-related questions.

Safety Officer – Jeremy Ballard
Ensures compliance with Little League safety standards.

Distributes and maintains player and coach equipment.

Field Maintenance – OPEN
Helps keep fields safe, playable, and welcoming.

Facilities Improvement Coordinator – OPEN
Helps plan field, dugout, storage, signage, and facility improvement projects.

Key Manager – OPEN
Tracks, distributes, and collects league keys for fields, sheds, equipment areas, and snack bar access.

Tournament Director – OPEN
Helps coordinate TOCs, All Stars, hosted games, site directors, volunteers, and tournament logistics.


Events, Volunteers & Community Committee

This committee supports team parents, volunteers, events, sponsorships, fundraising, communications, and community engagement.

Team Parent Coordinator – Liz Ramsey
Supports team parents and organizes team-level communication.

Sponsorship Coordinator / Social Media Content Manager – Nikki Rick
Builds sponsor relationships and manages league social media content.

Social Media Manager – OPEN
Helps with social media posts, reminders, photos, and community updates.

Graphic Design / Communications Coordinator – OPEN
Helps create flyers, graphics, website updates, and league communication materials.

Event Coordinator – Heather Taylor
Plans events such as Opening Day, Hit-a-Thon, and Closing Ceremonies.

Helps plan fundraising efforts such as restaurant nights, raffles, campaigns, and special league fundraisers.

Volunteer Coordinator – Rosie Preciado
Organizes, schedules, and supports volunteers so games, events, snack bar, and league operations run smoothly.

This committee supports snack bar operations, purchasing, inventory, volunteers, sales, and reimbursements.

Snack Bar Manager – OPEN
Oversees snack bar operations, including purchasing, volunteers, inventory, and sales.

Snack Bar Finance Manager – OPEN
Works with the Treasurer to track snack bar sales, expenses, reimbursements, and deposits.

Inventory / Purchasing Coordinator – OPEN
Helps track snack bar inventory, supplies, purchasing needs, and restocking.
