Executive Team

President – Jo Benrubi
Oversees league operations, represents SMLL in District 33, and leads the board.

Vice President – (Open)
Assists the President and helps coordinate overall league operations.
Currently supported by interim volunteers: Andrea Ochoa, Steve Taylor & Sam Barbour.

Secretary – Liz Ramsey
Keeps minutes and official board records.

Treasurer – Jamie Reichling
Handles finances and budgets.

Information Officer – (Open)
Manages website and league communications.
Currently supported by interim volunteers: Jo Benrubi & Liz Ramsey.

Player & Division Support

Registration – Laine Romagnola
Manages player registration and assists families through the process.

Coach Coordinator (Upper Division) – (Open)
Recruits and supports coaches in Majors and above.
Currently supported by interim volunteer: Andrea Ochoa

Coach Coordinator (Lower Division) – Jeremy Ballard
Recruits and supports coaches in Tee Ball through Caps.

Player Agent(s) – Michelle Ivers (Additional Positions Open)
Oversees player eligibility, division placement, and draft processes.

Operations & Safety

Umpire in Chief – Mark Benrubi
Schedules and supervises umpires for games.

Safety Officer – Jeremy Ballard
Ensures compliance with Little League safety standards.

Equipment Manager – Maria Tindall
Distributes and maintains player and coach equipment.

Field Maintenance – (Open)
Helps keep fields safe, playable, and welcoming.
Currently supported by interim volunteer: Steve Taylor

Engagement & Community

Team Parent Coordinator – Stephanie O’Donnell
Supports team parents and organizes team-level communication.

Sponsorship Coordinator / Social Media Content Manager – Nikki Rick
Builds sponsor relationships and manages league social media content.

Event Coordinator – Heather Taylor
Plans events such as Opening Day, Hit-a-Thon, and Closing Ceremonies.

Volunteer Coordinator - (Open)
Organizes, schedules, and supports volunteers to ensure games, events, and league operations run smoothly.

Snack Bar Manager - (Open)
Oversees management of snack bar, including purchasing, volunteers and sales.

Snack Bar Finance Manager (Open)
Works with the Treasurer. Manages multiple revenue sources and regular expenses/reimbursements.
