Season Snapshot

Every division follows a slightly different rhythm, but in general families can expect:

Team assignments and coach contact after registration and assessments are complete.
One or two practices per week, depending on division and field availability.
Spring season games on one weekday evening and one weekend day.
Fall Ball games usually scheduled on Sundays.

Uniforms, Equipment and Fields

Your registration fee covers player jerseys, hats, socks and belts. Families purchase baseball pants and provide a glove and cleats. The league supplies shared bats, helmets and catcher’s gear for any player who needs them.

Games and practices are held at Cabrillo Heights and other nearby fields. Each location has its own parking and access notes.

Volunteers and How to Help

Serra Mesa Little League is completely volunteer run. Family support helps keep registration fees lower and gives players a better experience.

On the Volunteers and Snack Bar page you will find:

A simple explanation of family volunteer expectations.
Examples of what counts as volunteer hours.
Information about helping in the snack bar and at league events.
How to express interest in coaching, umpiring or joining the Board.
